Our LWC tubes are produced according to ASTM and Coproclima specifications to meet the rigorous demands of the ACR industry.

We take great care to ensure the quality of our LWC copper tubes, with every millimeter of tube subjected to 100% Eddy-Current testing. Any surface defects found during testing are clearly marked with black coloring for easy identification.

For customers requiring heavy coils, we can wind LWC copper tubes in "Eye to Sky" (Jumbo) form upon request. Our tubes are cleaned using nitrogen purging, and the tube ends are sealed with plastic caps to protect against dust and internal oxidation during transportation and long-term storage.

We offer LWC copper coils on cardboard reels, stacked on wooden pallets and shrink-wrapped for safe and easy transport. The Level Wound Coils are ideal for long production runs in industrial applications and can be supplied in the soft and light annealed form, as well as in hard-drawn temper upon request.
